Otherwise known as cilantro, chinese parsley or dhania
Parts Used: seeds and leaves
Main Action: Digestive Aid
Some therapeutic uses:
Internally
Promote healthy liver function - antioxidant
Promote healthy bowel movements
Diuretic
Externally
Joint problems
Haemorrhoids
Warnings:
Overuse of coriander as a medicine can cause sensitivity to the sun.
May cause skin irritation if using externally
Avoid use if you are pregnant and breastfeeding
